Our core business is the preparation of pricing documents in a format and presentation to suit our client’s requirements.

Our main contracting background and building knowledge enables gaps in the design to be assessed and measured/itemised accordingly. These assessments are clearly identified within the final document and are particularly beneficial for design and build contracts. We are able to tailor the scope of our services to suit client requirements and provide pricing documentation in line with the project Contract Sum Analysis. We can provide fully detailed SMM7 Bills of Quantities, Builders Quants, or trade specific pricing documents.

Cost Plans & Feasibility Estimates

At the concept stage of a project we are able to generate cost plans which can be reviewed and refined as the project develops towards commencement on site.

Tendering & Procurement

Our tendering service is geared more towards main contracting. Our experience of single and 2 stage procurement routes on either a traditional or design and build basis means we are able to lead, manage or supplement your existing team.

We will work with your existing processes and contribute to suit your requirements from simply getting enquiries out of the door to compilation and placement of sub contract orders.

Final Accounts

Through interrogation of project documentation we are able to compile and submit final accounts. These final accounts can range from specific sub contractor accounts to the complete project final account.

Project Management

We also work closely with other organisations that specialise in programming, project management, design co-ordination and dispute resolution.
